Day 23: Montreal River - Harry Parrott

We broke a trip record heading out of White River yesterday morning. Coldest morning yet. -5 C. In May. Yikes.

We also broke a another trip record about halfway in. First moose sighting! Little Ellie here was right along the side of the road. It didn't take long for her to scamper back into the bushes though after we stopped.

This post ended up being a day late because the Montreal River Harbour was right off the grid. No internet, television, or cell phone reception was to be found. We fared pretty well though. Read, walked around the beach for a bit, lit a fire, and called it a day. Not being able to watch the hockey game made for an early night!
