About

Londesborough is a rural town of 186 good people. 186 people who know each other by name, drive pickup trucks, and like to shoot things. We're proud to call this town home. For us, Londesborough is where we went to school, raised sheep, and learned how to ride a horse. As kids, we lived on a farm and had the opportunity to play everything from baseball to ballet. We can't imagine growing up any other way.

Unfortunately, financial barriers prevent many kids across Canada from playing on sports teams like we did. Bike7650 was created to give more children in our community the opportunity to participate in organized sports. The journey will be 7650 km in length as we bike from Vancouver, BC to St. John's, NL.

Our goal is to raise $1 for each kilometre travelled in support of the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Foundation. This charity grants kids across Canada access to organized sports by covering the costs of registration, equipment, and other related expenses. Sports teams had a big impact on our childhood in Londesborough, so we think it's important to give other kids the right to play.

  1. All the best in your travels. Our kids have been beneficiaries of the Jumpstart program and appreciate all the efforts made by people like you.
